Celebrating over 30 years of service to Larimer County and Colorado.
Elderhaus serves Larimer County individuals with special needs and their families with a host of health outreach services, including mobile-health services offered in conjunction with local medical service providers, as well as aiding the low-income and home-bound in applying for Medicaid benefits.
