About
Established 27 years ago as Colorado’s first non-profit adult day program, Elderhaus brightens lives for Larimer County adults with special needs, offering direct care, social and recreational programs, and mobile health services. We help keep families together by providing family caregivers with a caring, trained resource for adult day services, enabling them to pursue jobs and other needs essential to supporting their families. We serve a wide-range of public clientele, including elderly, developmentally disabled, veterans, and individuals with early-stage Alzheimer’s. As our community’s sole non-profit providing these services, we are committed to providing affordable, quality adult day services and to compassionate, reliable service to the special needs community.

We remain Larimer County’s only non-profit adult day program offering direct care and medication administration, recreational activities, mentoring and counseling, mobile health services, and assistance in helping clients apply for Medicaid benefits.

You will never know how grateful I am, knowing that Dorothy is in such wonderful hands that care for her. I never worry while she is at Elderhaus. I get respite care everyday.
